no way dude. You would have to add more to Routt to get Norwood. Not only is Norwood rated higher, but he is at a much more valuable position than Routt. Plus, Norwood becomes a starter for you, while Routt becomes my #4 (although I'd like to get him to a #3 spot).

Fargas is decent, but Norwood is on a totally different calibre. Norwood, given the opportunity, will progress to the high 80s in his first season, and more after that. Luckily for me, hes expendible because of LT, but doesn't mean hes cheaper than his actual value
