New Trading Rule

As more and more trades are being posted, trade council has to work extra hard and fast. In a few trades, we have not particularly understood why one team is losing out on a lot of talent. If in any of your trades you have a reason (extra depth, other stuff) for why one team is losing out slightly, please explain in your post.
