San Diego New Block

No one is on the block right now, however I will readily take a downgrade for one the following players if I'm getting a need/upgrade somewhere else

TE Antonio Gates 98 - if trading, need a solid 85+ replacement. I'm lenient, but they do need to be young[ish].
DT Jamal Williams 97 - need a good replacement, same thing, needs to be youngish, but most importantly I need either a 3-4 NT or a DT that is big and powerful (good height, needs to be 310lbs+ and good strength)
CB Quentin Jammer 90 - very available, but I need a 80+ replacement to be my nickel CB.
WR Brandon Jones 78 or Buster Davis 76. One needs to go, because they're not progressing on my team as #3/#4. Will take a pick or picks, however I want to address my needs first.
LT 99 - yes, LT could be had for the right offer. He is my team, so it needs to be a damn good offer. I need a good young RB in return, and depending on who it is determines how much more you need to add. Not actively shopping LT, but if you can address one of my needs with someone ideal then we can work something out.
