Well.... imo first will be roughly 80ish imo;

that said, think about it: A top 10 team, getting an 80 player, probably will have that player starting because they have holes to fill.

A bot 10 team, probably not right away, because they won't have as many holes to fill.

Its the Patriots first so I expect it to be in the high 20s and that will definetly be below 79 and I dont have any holes on my team, I have places I could use an upgrade for but I have no starters below 80 so a rookie would definetly be riding the pine for a season or two.
