Lions Trade Block

Everyone, on my team is available, for the right price. Ernie Sims, and Calvin are close to untouchables, but can be traded with a great offer. My needs are:

1) Defensive End
2) MLB
3) QB(want to get younger)
4) CB looking for any where from 88+ and some what young at least
5) RB( the position that could land you calvin or sims)

R Williams 92/24
C Johnson 87/21

ROLB: Ernie Sims 90/21

The Cardinals are very interested in those three players.

I'd like to know his contract length, but I really want him. So tell me what it will take to get him. And I'm pretty sure he is older than 27.

I just used my 360 to get a current depth chart, I really have no idea how to find the contract info or whatever. wat will u give me for him?

What would you need from the Ravens to get Roy Williams?
