ya the im guessing Beasley goes 1 and Rose will go 2.....i believe the Heat would've went Rose if they got 1st, so i see them getting rose either way

That makes absolutely NO sense.

They do it so that a team doesnt just tank a season to get the first pick. Its possible that it happens, but its a risk that they think teams wont take.

I think it's funny as hell, but meh, that's my opinion.
