I disagree. Portis owns. Chester blows. Taylor is like 29 I think, so age is an underrated factor here. Edwards is weak. Greenway is pretty good, but he's still only 84. The 4 point upgrade here is also a bigger 4 points than usual, as mid-80's sounds a whole lot worse then 90's. Trade kinda slips into SoxNats favor, but if Sox through in a depth OLB and DE it would be perfectly even. As is, I wouldn't deny it over a few depth players.

Taylor never realy stood out and prob never will in Madden, but yet Portis always is atop the league leaders in stats every year. Greenway isnt 20 anymore... It is fair I think

Portis isnt worth all of that when you HAVE A.D that is fucked up.

Greenway is 24 or something like that.

Portis is getting older and not going to get any better.

There shouldnt be that DE in the deal The vikings are overpaying for a need they dont need.

The team trading for portis already having AD doesn't factor much if at all in to trade evaluation for TC purposes.

What is important is that Portis is 2 years younger than Taylor and Taylor is at the age where RB's hit the wall. So the Gap of points and age are important and carry a lot of value. a 2 year difference between 28 and 30 is worth more than a 2 year difference between 22 and 24 (especially with RB's)


Greenway is the price to be payed to make up that gap.


Ray Edwards may throw off the trade though because I believe he is 23-24ish.

I think portis is 28 not 27.

That is saying that (IMO) Phillips IS slightly better than Poz, even with contract and all, so basically, a 90+ (mid 90s if you consider the 'extra' from Phillips over Poz if you follow me) is worth the #1 overall pick?

This is shocking news, and though I hate it for the sake of the league, I love it for the sake of my #2 overall pick

Is the TC insane? Moss is 30 (I actually think he's older). Not only is he 3 years older than Portis, but 30 is the year where NFL players generally hit the wall. Portis>Moss IMO. Portis plays a much more important position in Madden, and is only a few points worse than Moss anyways. If a few resignings points isn't enough to make up the difference and adding a 2nd Round Pick still isn't enough, what does the TC want the Vikings to add? Adrian Peterson? I mean I can see where Portis is worth less than Moss if you consider Moss is the best WR in the game, but age and contract still have to be significant factors in the deal and Portis is the clear winner in both of those categories. Not to mention Moss's deal is actually up next year when the "tougher" resignings rules take effect.

If you don't believe me look at the stats. Even on my team, DeAngelo Williams (84) had more yards and TDs (1438 and 7) then Andre Johnson (95) (1101 and 6/8 couldn't tell for sure). And that's an 11 point dropoff in rating there.

Don't just talk without thinking or looking up stats, it makes you look like a fucking dumbass.
