CB's will improve due to Allen as a Viking, means offense will have less time to throw and have to keep more blockers in

TJ should continue to improve

#1 rush offense

Berrian and Rice will show they are one of the better (not close to best but better) 1 2 punch at WR. They compiment each other very well.

Bahaha Bernard Berrian is NOT even close to awesome and it wont matter since you dont have a QB to throw the ball to any of your WRs, but yes they will probably make the playoffs.

If the Vikings get a real qb (sorry but i think tarvaris is crap) someone like flacco or brohm you guys will be great in two years.

He is dramatically improving. Im guessing you have only seen him play once or twice, he is pretty good. Try and see if you can see his highlights from the NYG game. That was his best game to date. He will improve next year because he has a great line that gives him a ton of time, and a good WR core in Rice and Berrian. Not to mention the running game helps also.

Well i have seen him a couple times but the most recent was a Monday Night game and he sucked bad. and that was near the end of the season.

The onyl games i ahve seen of his are the 9ers game, the monday night game, and a game his rookie year and he failed to impress all 3.

Did you watch Vikings games. Childress did not play him a lot because our playbook is more in depth than other teams and rookies take longer to get it, not to mention he does not like throwing rookie WR's into the fire. When he was in he looked really good. And he also hurt his ankle at the end of the year. Rice will have 800+ this year and in the future will be a 1000 yard WR and a #1.

And do you not understand the salary cap. EVERYONE is getting overpaid. You have to to get them. And really its not going to look like it is overpaid in a couple years when you see the contracts coming up. Not to mention the possible uncapped year in a couple years. We had the money to pay him, because we have the best cap manager in the NFL. He carried over 13 million in cap just from Phat Pat. But if Phat Pat did good as a RB last year we would have been screwed . He had an unreachable bonus in his contract about running the ball, and being able to carry that 13 million over allowed us to get a WR. Plain and simple, we needed a WR, we had 38 million in cap space and we made sure we got our WR. That $$$ has 0 bearing on anything about Berrian.
