Stop complaining about the ratings, the 360 has a better progression and ratings system which allows you to have lower rated players without penalty, the ratings system is just harder on players, stop thinking like this is Madden '06 on the PS2, that's why you are all complaining

Just an update, I did some tests yesterday after the sim, and there is a ton of progression on the 360 especially for rooks so I don't think the OVR thing is a big deal.

well i was getting ambushed by people saying that players on the 360 will not go up more than 2 points and this proves them wrong

Yeah in one franchise I had, Sidney Rice went up 13 overall in 2 years. Youth progresses a lot. That season I had Calvin Johnson, Sidney Rice and another young WR, all had 99 catch after 2 years
