So yeah, I don't mind taking over for them.

I just don't have THAT much time to completely rebuild a team around like the Colts or Broncos, Chargers should be easier for me and I should have the time for them.

If this was the case, and Ruskie would take the Chargers (good GM) while Sox took over the Colts, I'd have no problem with it.
