Important - Owner's Union

SoxNats08 and I talked over this for a while, and we've decided to input a new, very big system for you guys: an Owner's Union

This will be a organization of GM elected officials who gather the thoughts and views of the general League.

While we are giving you the freedom to have whatever positions you'd like, there will have to be at least one: The Union President. You guys may choose who this person will be (whichever system you'd want; election, dictatorship, etc.).

Here are a few bits of information about this:

- All Union Discussions will be held in the Owner's Union forum alone.

- The Union is intended to keep a closer tie between the Admins and the GMs, restricting the complaints and opinions that are posted frequently in the Forum.

- Only the President may engage in talks with the Admins about new policies and other such matters.

- This may sound like it's restricting you even more to talk about what you want for the League, but with this it'll be much easier for Admins to address what you want.

I hope you like this, it's open to comment for a couple days, changes can be made.
